Jeniffer Mota

Jeniffer (Jeni) started as a social work intern at NAWC in January 2023 and is currently the virtual Intake Specialist. Jeni is the first point of contact for NAWC as she does new-client intake, provides referrals, and helps clients apply for gift cards. Jeniffer graduated from UIUC in May 2023 with a degree in Social Work and Spanish, which taught her how to connect with NAWC clients and accommodate their needs. Jeni appreciates the various services offered at NAWC, as well as the team’s cultural diversity and drive to assist the local community. Outside of work, Jeniffer plays rugby in her Chicago hometown and loves being able to travel for tournaments and games; she also spends a lot of time with her family and fiance.
